Acrylic Sheet - Physical Properties
PMMA, the lower density than glass, high mechanical strength,
a low melting point (much lower thatn glass which is about 1000 degrees), high
transmittance (92%; 73% by UV, comparison with the polycarbonate, PMMA has a
better stability, allowing infrared pass through which the wavelength smaller than
2800nm, applied to the remote control of thermal sensors,
etc.); the transition temperature of glass is about 105 ° C.
Features of HARD COATING on the surface
Enhance the surface hardness of the PMMA plate and the resistance effect of generating wear, scratch ,etc..
Hardness: 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H.
